Details & Policies

  • Tiger on Tap Co. is a dry hire mobile bar. Clients are responsible for providing all alcohol and mixers. We do not supply or sell alcohol.

  • We are fully licensed and insured to serve client-provided alcohol at your event. Providing a safe, professional, and reliable experience for every event.

  • Alcohol Service Policy: Tiger on Tap Co. strictly adheres to all local and state alcohol laws. We require a valid ID for any guest consuming alcohol and will refuse service to anyone under the legal drinking age or to any guest who appears visibly intoxicated. Our bartenders reserve the right to deny service at their discretion to ensure the safety of all guests.

  • Venue & Permit Responsibility: Clients are responsible for ensuring their venue allows alcohol service and for obtaining any required permits.

  • Staffing is determined by guest count. If additional bartenders are required, a fee will apply.

  • If a tip jar is declined, a flat gratuity fee will be applied depending on your head count.

  • Bar service includes 4 hours of bar service. An additional hour may be added at an hourly rate depending on your package. Max 5 hours.

  • For events requiring glassware service (provided by the client), a bar back will be needed to maintain efficient service. A $250 service fee will apply, if we provide the bar back table.

  • A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.

  • We proudly offer a 10% discount to active duty and veteran military personnel (valid ID required).

  • Our mobile bar operates both indoors and outdoors and is therefore subject to weather conditions. The client is responsible for providing a safe and suitable environment for service.

  • A signed service agreement is required to confirm all bookings.

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event date will not be responsible for the remaining balance - Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will be responsible for 50% of the total balance. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable and the full balance will be due. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, rescheduling may be accommodated based on availability.

  • Holiday Booking Fee: Events scheduled on major holidays are subject to a 25% surcharge due to increased demand and staffing requirements.

  • Travel: Tiger on Tap Co. is based in Bixby, Oklahoma and proudly serves the surrounding Tulsa area. Travel is included within a 30- mile radius.Events outside this range may incur a travel fee based on distance.
